Privacy Policy

We collect your email address, password (hashed), and job search preferences (role, city, experience level, language preference). We also store the job results returned by our pipeline on your behalf.

Your data is used solely to run job searches and display results to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use Supabase for database storage and Stripe for payment processing (both are subject to their own privacy policies).

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from your Settings page.

English Jobs EU offers an optional integration with Google Drive. If you choose to connect your Google account, we request access to create and edit files in your Google Drive (drive.file scope) solely for the purpose of saving your tailored resume as a Google Doc.

Specifically:

• We only access files that our app creates — we cannot read or modify any other files in your Drive.
• We do not store your Google credentials or Drive content on our servers.
• We do not share your Google data with any third party.
• We do not use your Google data for advertising or profiling.
• Google Drive access is entirely optional. The service works without it.

You can revoke Google Drive access at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing English Jobs EU, or from your Settings page within the app.

Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, delete your account from Settings or contact us at support@englishjobseu.de.
